The closest screen gets first billing.
Mobile web and in-app inventory, bought through the same curated auction as everything else. Full device objects ride in every OpenRTB 2.6 request, so buyers price the screen, the connection and the context, not a blurred average.
Four placements, priced by attention.

Device, context, calibration.
Device objects, complete
OS, model, connection class, screen metrics and app or site identity ride in every OpenRTB 2.6 request. Buyers price what they can actually see.
Frequency with a memory
Interstitials and rewarded slots respect frequency caps per session, so the same user does not meet the same creative four screens in a row.
Weighted for attention
Bids rank by expected value with the outcome probability calibrated per placement class. Rewarded completions are not compared against banner clicks as if they were the same event.
Filtered before the ask
Pre-bid screening applies to mobile supply like everything else: vetted publishers, verified chains, no suspicious device clusters.
Mobile FAQ.
Same network, same auction, same console. Mobile slots simply carry device objects in the bid request, and the reporting splits devices so you can see each screen earn on its own line.
Banners 320x50 and 320x100, 300x250 rectangles, full-screen interstitials and rewarded video at 15 or 30 seconds. Delivery is via OpenRTB 2.6, XML endpoints or the JS tag on mobile web.
Supply enters through vetted publishers above the one million pageview threshold. Device clusters that behave like datacenter traffic, impossible viewability and click-flood patterns are filtered before bids are requested, and what slips through gets caught in the ten-minute reconciliation.
Phones first, tabs second.
More than half of network traffic is mobile. It deserves floors set for mobile, not leftovers from desktop.
